Interior Design Division as it continues to enjoy long-term

Our Standard
Design Services package includes the following:
- Initial
Interior Space planning in coordination with the project
architect.
- Preparation
of preliminary budget estimates of all interior FF&E items.
- Full working
drawings complete with millwork and installation sections.
- Project
"Detail Books" with full specifications for distribution
to franchise, owner and general contractor.
- On-Site
coordination during installation phase to ensure adherence
to standards and specifications.
CFI's
Design Staff has also been instrumental in assisting it's
clients "development teams" in initial acquisitions, conversions
and change of ownership situations.
